Our free VPS services are oriented to active users only. We have lots of protections against abuse and spam. One of them is ROOT24h protection. If you got "Root user has never logged in to VPS in 24 hours" VPS suspension message it means that you have ordered free VPS, but have not logged in via SSH as ROOT within 24h after activation.

Remember: all free VPS users should connect once to their VPS within 24 hours after activation. You do not need to connect to your VPS everyday, just during the first 24 hours.
